At this year’s EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA), PLB Realty proudly secured five awards, an impressive two more than the previous year. In 2022, Melvin Lim, the agency’s co-founder and CEO, received recognition as one of the top six transactors with the highest number of deals in the landed category. Additionally, both Melvin Lim and co-founder Adrian Lim were honored as two of the 10 realtors with the highest number of transactions in the resale condo category.
In this year’s EPEA, PLB Realty continued its success, earning recognition as one of the top six transactors in the landed category and securing two positions among the top eight transactors in the luxury condo segment. Furthermore, the agency was named among the top 10 transactors in both the resale condo and resale HDB categories. These awards, celebrating the top transactors from June 2022 to May this year, underscore PLB’s extensive expertise across prestigious segments like landed properties, luxury condos, condominiums, and resale HDB flats.
The key differentiator this time around was PLB Realty’s focused campaigns over the past year, as shared by Melvin Lim. “We aimed to cater to specific clientele within the landed and luxury categories. We also intensified our efforts in prime Districts 9, 10, and 11,” he added. Their landed campaigns, in particular, proved highly successful, gaining recognition and trust among both landed property owners and buyers.
An innovative initiative to boost their presence in the landed segment was the PLB Landed Convention held in May this year. This unique event connected over 18 landed developers and partners directly with consumers, drawing more than 375 paying participants.

The agency also plans to expand its team of realtors to 200 by 2024, up from the current count of slightly over 60 agents. Melvin Lim emphasized that PLB Realty is a brand to be proud of, defined by integrity and top-tier services.
